These terms and conditions apply to the Glowr app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by GlowLab Apps (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Application Updates and Service Changes
The Service Provider may modify the Application or its features at any time, including introducing fees for certain services. Any charges will be clearly communicated. Updates to the Application may be required to continue using it; you agree to install updates when prompted. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms end, and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.

Data Processing and Security
The Application processes data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise your device security and prevent the Application from functioning correctly.

Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services, which have their own terms and conditions. Links to these third-party terms are provided within the Application (e.g., Google Play Services). The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services or for any changes to their functionality.

Internet and Network Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity or data limitations. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider, including roaming fees if using the Application outside your home region.

Device Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable for any issues resulting from device malfunctions or loss of power while using the Application.

Accuracy and Liability
While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is accurate and up to date, it relies on third-party information. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on such information or from the use of the Application.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The Service Provider will post any changes on this page.

Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 21, 2025.
